Julianne Read started working in event planning and fundraising within Catholic schools as a volunteer in 2012 and made it an official career in 2016. Since then, she has raised millions of dollars for non-profits and schools, hosting auctions, innovative events and giving campaigns, plus creating marketing and development strategies to help nonprofits thrive. Liz and Jen joined the team and what has happened since has been nothing short of amazing. They bring incredible logistical strength and creativity to E + E. What types of organizations do you work with?

We work with nonprofits, corporate clients, and associations. Additionally, we work with clients to source venues.

How far in advance should we plan our event?

We recommend reaching out at least 3-6 months before your desired event date for optimal full-service planning and customization. But, if you find you need help closer to your event date, or if you are looking for day of event management, reach out any time and we'll see if we can accommodate!

Can you help with virtual or hybrid events?

Absolutely! We offer both in-person and virtual/hybrid event solutions tailored to your needs.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing is customized based on your event’s size, scope, and specific requirements. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Do you provide support on the event day?

Yes, our team is onsite to manage logistics, welcome guests and check them in and out, show run and stage coordination, train and manage volunteers, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
